Stone settings are traditionally performed one year after the deceased is laid to rest. Depending on the ground settlement, the stone setting can take place as early as nine months. Please call the Synagogue Office to arrange a stone setting date. Alternatively you can provide details by email (right-hand button) and you will receive a prompt response. Once a date and time has been arranged the Office will consult the Rabbi and if the day is acceptable to him, you will receive a letter of confirmation of the date and time so that you can advise family and friends accordingly. Naturally, you will want to liaise with an approved mason to purchase the stone and tie in with the ceremony date once set.
