Falls on Jewish Date: 15 Tishri Sukkot symbolizes the first two days of Tabernacles. This commemorates the dwelling of the Israelites in booths in the wilderness. During Sukkot, a Succah is built like the one in the picture below and fruits are hung from the Succah. The lulav and etrog are involved during Sukkot as symbols of the time.
